Founding Story
Born from the experience of 3.11 and a challenge in communications technology.
Founder Han Bing experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake while studying in Japan, and felt the vulnerability of communications, mobility, and power in disasters. After working on millimeter-wave equipment at NEC and HAPS projects at SoftBank, he began solar micro-mobility development in 2022 and co-founded HelioX in 2024.
