Founding Story
Born from the experience of 3.11 and a challenge in communications technology.
Our work began from the experience of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the vulnerability of communications, mobility, and power during disasters. Since 2022, we have developed solar micro-mobility that connects everyday movement with disaster preparedness, and co-founded HelioX Inc. in 2024. Through mobility less dependent on charging infrastructure, we aim to build new infrastructure that supports daily life and local communities.

Bringing together expertise in communications, cloud, EV infrastructure, renewable energy, and marketing.
Bing Han
Co-founded HelioX after NEC (millimeter-wave communications) and SoftBank (HAPS-related work). Drives innovation in sustainable last-mile transport and disaster preparedness.
Yuki Igarashi
Former NEC. Experienced in new business launches at major IT companies, with deep expertise in cloud and AI. Co-founded HelioX in 2024 and leads business development and technology utilization.
Kuni Kanemichi
Former NEC. Leverages experience in EV charging infrastructure and sharing businesses to drive deployment models and partner expansion.
