Founding Story

Our origin is the experience of 3.11 and the challenge of communications technology.

Founder Han Bing experienced the Great East Japan Earthquake while studying in Japan and felt the vulnerability of communications, mobility, and power during disasters. He later worked on millimeter-wave wireless equipment at NEC and HAPS-related projects at SoftBank, then began solar micro-mobility development in 2022.

After refining solar power utilization, cloud management, and regional deployment models for mobility, he co-founded HelioX Inc. in 2024.
